How Leti Came to Be
If someone had told me during my psychology residency at a health sciences center that I’d one day build a leadership consulting firm, I probably wouldn’t have believed them. Back then, I was immersed in the world of healthcare—seeing firsthand how incredibly skilled doctors, nurses, and staff were at their craft, but also how often they struggled when it came to leading teams and managing people. That’s when something clicked. I realized the work culture mattered just as much as the work itself.
After completing my post-doctoral fellowship, a fellow graduate and I took a leap of faith. It was 2007—the middle of a recession—and we started our first firm. People thought we were crazy. But we believed in what we were doing. We started small, with a few brave clients who let us in to listen, learn, and build programs that made a real difference.
Fast forward to 2019, I had the opportunity to join forces with a global firm and some incredibly smart Australian business partners. Together, we created something special—bridging cultural differences and expanding our reach in ways I never imagined. I learned a lot from being part of a global leadership team and saw how universal the need is for strong leadership, aligned teams, and healthy culture.
And then came 2025. I knew it was time to bring it all together. I created Leti—an approachable, high-impact brand that merges the science of human behavior with years of business experience. Today, we’re a team of curious, bold, and values-driven professionals who are passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. Leti is proof that with the right conversations, real change is possible.
