If you’d told me during my psychology residency that I’d one day build a leadership consulting firm, I wouldn’t have believed you. I was deep in healthcare, watching brilliant doctors and nurses struggle...not with the work, but with leading teams and managing people. That’s when it clicked: culture matters just as much as strategy and skill.
After my post-doctoral fellowship, a fellow grad and I took a leap—launching our first firm in 2007, right in the middle of a recession. People thought we were crazy, but we believed in what we were building. We started small, listening, learning, and designing programs that truly worked.
By 2019, I joined forces with a global firm and some brilliant Australian partners. We bridged cultures, expanded reach, and confirmed what we already knew: the need for strong leadership and aligned teams is universal.
In 2025, I created Leti to bring it all together—a new, bold, approachable brand that blends behavioral science with business insight. Today, our values-driven team helps people and organizations thrive. Leti is proof that with the right conversations, real change is possible.
Sometimes the culture is the missing piece, so we built a firm to fix that.
