Straighten Your Crown

July 22, 2026

Straighten your crown.

Okay, I have to tell you something I’ve noticed after twenty years of doing this work.

The women who grow the fastest – who really level up in how they lead and how they feel about their own lives – almost never get there alone. It’s never just willpower or hustle. It’s insight, paired with the right room of people to reflect it back to you.

Here’s what I mean.

Growth needs two things most of us don’t build into our lives on purpose: real insight into our own patterns, and a community that’s actually invested in helping us see them. Not a cheerleading squad. Not a group chat that just agrees with you. A group of women invested enough and sharp enough to reflect things back to you that you can’t see on your own.

Because on your own, you can only see so much. That’s not a flaw, it’s just how our brains work.

Here’s something I’ve thought about a lot over the years. How do you take a group of women who are already queens in their own right, and help them straighten each other’s crowns – together, as a force of nature? Here’s the piece I keep coming back to: a crown only looks straight from a distance. Up close, everyone’s is a little crooked, no matter how put together they seem.

That crooked crown is actually a bit of a wink for us – it’s baked right into the Leti logo. It’s a reminder that none of us are wearing ours perfectly straight, and pretending otherwise is exhausting. The fun part is what happens next: you can’t really straighten your own crown by staring in a mirror alone. You need someone else’s hands, someone else’s perspective. That’s what real community gives you – the insight and the reflection to keep adjusting, together.

So…who helps you straighten your crown?

I have considered that question a lot. And honestly, part of why I built our professional women’s coaching group, “The Lair” is because I wanted the answer to be “these women.”

I opened the doors to our very first cohort back in January, and we are about to close it out. It has been everything I hoped it would be and more – this thing has genuinely been my life’s work, and watching it come together this year has meant more to me than I can put into words. Testimonials are coming soon and I can’t wait to share them.

Now I’m opening applications for the next cohort on July 26.

I’m not going to turn this into a sales pitch. But if you’re curious…it’s priced less than 1:1 coaching and more than a girls’ trip, and for what it gives you back, it’s not close. If you want the details, just DM me. I will send you a simple one page document with all the info. Applications close August 21 and I’ll be selecting the next group by September 1.
