I remember sitting across from my business partner, thinking: This isn’t working anymore.
Not because we didn’t care. Not because we weren’t good people.
But because the impact we set out to make? It wasn’t happening. And we both knew it.
Still – I waited. Quietly thinking we might turn it around but carrying the truth I didn’t want to admit.
Because here’s the thing no one tells you about leadership:
Sometimes the bravest move is blowing up something that looks successful – because deep down, you know it’s dead.
When the deal with the partners was done, I felt hollow.
Two weeks of stillness. A bit of loneliness.
Then came the spark: What if we built something completely different? Something that disrupts the industry because it creates real moments that create real change?
Leti was born in that space.
Not from a business plan. From a gut-punch of truth:
Culture change doesn’t happen in keynote speeches and bullshit workshops.
It happens when someone finally calls out the dysfunction everyone’s been tiptoeing around.
And most leaders are too scared…or too overwhelmed…to go there.
Have you ever been there?
Knowing the status quo is crushing the real work, but stuck…because change costs more than comfort?
We didn’t build Leti to disrupt the industry.
We built it because staying silent in broken systems was costing too much.
Let’s talk.
